Which file type should I choose? PNG, PSD or SVG?

PNGs have 300 dpi, are supported for a print size of up to 220 mm x 220 mm, and do not contain layers. PSDs have 300 dpi, are supported for a print size of up to 660 mm x 660 mm, and each map layer, as well as each content element you add to the map, comes as a separate layer that you can edit as you see fit. SVGs are supported for a print size of up to 1330 mm x 1330 mm, but can be used for much larger printed maps, as their dpi are scalable.

What’s your refund policy for digital files?

If customers are dissatisfied with the product for any reason, we will refund it up to 30 days after purchase. Technical problems with the files are dealt with swiftly via our support platform.

What rights do I acquire with the purchase of a map?

You acquire the non-exclusive usage rights to the map (including commercial use), can modify it as you see fit, can transfer your usage rights to third parties. Resale and sub-licensing are not permitted.

Too many elements may overwhelm our print server, but it can generally handle up to a total of 300 POIs or 100 routes.

Yes. Upload PNG/SVG/JPG/GIF with minimum 100 px on the smallest side (300 dpi friendly) in the POI tool.
